Applying online for Building Control Services
Our new website offers our clients the option of applying for building control services online.
The process involves completing two forms:
- Application for Building Control Services
- Initial Notice
Both forms can be completed online, however, the Initial Notice needs to be printed and signed, and then sent to
BRCS via fax or by post. This is to comply with current legislation regarding Initial Notice submission.
After completing the forms, you will be given the opportunity to include any plans or drawings, in electronic format,
to accompany the application.
