Professional Services The prime role of BRCS as a company is in the capacity of Corporate Approved Inspector. This statutory function involves;

• Consultation and negotiations with the local Fire Authority on the client’s behalf;
• The issue of a Plans Certificate
• The inspection of the building works in progress, to an agreed regime; and
• The ultimate issue of a Final Certificate

• Fire Engineering - the application of fire safety engineering techniques to resolve unusual or complex design issues;
• Fire Risk Assessments - to secure compliance with the Fire Safety Workplace Regulations;
