On-going Fire Risk Assessments, Building Regulation Consultancy and Disability Audits have all been produced for various landmark buildings. These include;  the Palm House, Temperate House, Princess  of Wales Conservatory,  Herbarium, Orangery and the No1 Museum refurbishment opened by Her Royal Highness Princess Anne. ";
projtxt2 = "This research facility building houses a basement vault for seed specimens from around the world. The Royal Botanic Gardens utilized BRCS as an integral part of the design team to produce the Fire Safety Strategy and Disability Access Report. BRCS were very  please to be presented with a Certificate of Excellence from the Concrete Society for this project, opened by the Prince of Wales.";
projtxt3 = "BRCS are proud to be acting as the Building Control Checking Authority for the Palace of Westminster.  Schemes range from minor alterations to Committee Rooms, the major refurbishment of Norman Shaw South, a Grade I listed building, St Stephens Tower and a new Visitor Centre.";
projtxt4 = "A recently completed scheme for DLO Andover North saw BRCS acting as the Building Control Competent Person. The scheme include a diversity of building work; living accommodation; workshops; office village; crèche; library; security and associated structures. The role encompassed site inspection of the work programme, on site for over 18 months, and consultation with the MoD Fire Inspector. BRCS have also been involved with other MoD projects, including Main Building, Whitehall.";
projtxt5 = "A number of DEO projects were undertaken under a Partnering Agreement for South West Region of the MoD. Again, our role involved the appraisal of the design submission to verify compliance with Building Regulations, Crown Fire Safety Standards and related legislation. BRCS also had an initial involvement on Main Building, Whitehall. Fire Consultancy and building control advice were provided at an early design/pre-bid stage.";
projtxt6 = "In association with Citex, BRCS undertook the regular Fire Risk Assessments for the site. A key issue was to ensure implementation of the relevant requirements for Fire Certification from the Home Office.";
projtxt7 = "To allow a phased refurbishment programme of six floors of office accommodation, BRCS were able to tailor the inspection regime to accord with contractors hours of working. As the Building Control Competent Person, we were also able to assist with on-going negotiations with the Home Office Fire Safety Inspectorate to achieve full certification at time of handover.";
